How To Make Blender Baked Oats
- Oven Prepping: Heat the oven to 350°F.
- Blend: In your blender, combine oats, blueberries, milk, melted butter, sugar, maple syrup, flax seed meal, vanilla, cinnamon, and baking powder. For an enriched flavor, you can optionally blend in peanut butter. Pulse until a silky batter forms, around 15-20 seconds.
- Bake: Divide the batter among 4 pre-greased ramekins. Pop them in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, ensuring the oats rise splendidly.
- Icing on Top: While the oats sizzle, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to create the vanilla icing. Once baked, allow the oats to cool briefly, then glamorously drizzle over the icing.
- Serving Suggestion: Though the icing is exquisite, you can also enjoy these baked oats with a generous smear of nut butter.
